Roles 

We are currently interested in speaking to interested parties across all levels:

  • Sous Chef: The right hand to our Head Chef. Organized, calm under pressure, and a natural leader.

  • Chef de partie & Commis chefs: Fast, precise, and ready to master our menu - made 100% from scratch.

  • Kitchen Porters: The backbone of the operation. We can’t function without you!

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: You know your way around a professional kitchen (experience varies by role).

  • The "start-up" mindset: You’re adaptable and ready to help iron out the kinks of a new setup.

  • Reliability: You show up, you work hard, and you support your teammates.

  • Passion: You actually care about the food that hits the table.
